Keith Dawn, CEO and Founder of Strategic Growth Partners, has dedicated over 30 years to enhancing the financial performance of small to mid-size businesses. His expertise lies in collaborating closely with business leaders, focusing on sales and marketing strategies to drive top-line revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Keith has assisted numerous businesses in improving efficiencies, reducing costs, growing profits, developing products, and fostering talent. By working directly with owners of privately held companies, he has honed his skills in developing sustainable profit strategies with a long-term vision—an endeavor he finds both rewarding and enjoyable.

Professional Background:

Keith joined The Press of Atlantic City Media Group in 1996, where he served as Director of Advertising. His leadership and strategic insight led to his promotion to General Manager, and eventually to Publisher/COO, a role he held until the company's sale in 2013.

Following this, Keith joined Advance, a major media conglomerate, as Associate Publisher. During his four and a half years there, he spearheaded change management initiatives, boosted revenue, diversified product offerings, and forged multiple property alliances.

Keith then served as Chief Operating Officer for a family-owned printing and media company in northeastern Pennsylvania. There, he implemented LEAN/Continuous Improvement standards and crafted strategies for revenue growth, audience development, and profit enhancement. Under his leadership, the company saw EBITDA growth exceeding 10%, with revenues surpassing $25 million in the first year.

Keith is deeply committed to community service, having been actively involved with organizations such as AtlantiCare, Rotary, March of Dimes, United Way, and various foundation boards. His dedication to charitable work reflects his belief in giving back to the community and supporting those in need.
